Power Providers provides the Maintenance support service to its clients who wish their system (s) to be serviced.
Scope of Service: Remote Monitoring Packages
Power Providers offers Remote Monitoring Packages that transmits site data via GPRS or LAN connection for remote collection, collation and analysis. The desired outcome of this package is:
1) to check for any actual or potential system problems and notify Client of an immediate fix when possible or schedule a site-visit when necessary
2) provide the client with a good understanding of the ongoing status of the system and any trends in power production or consumption that they need to be aware of.
Monitoring package A: Solar Power System
The following tasks will be performed as part of this Monitoring Package:
- Weekly check-up on the current status of the system
- Enabling and evaluating automatic notifications provided by the remote monitoring service
- Call/e-mail in case of any irregularities which might require on site follow-up/action
Annually a report will provided with as a minimum the following details/information:

Monitoring Package B: Solar Pumping System
The following tasks will be performed as part of this Monitoring Package:
- Weekly check-up on the current status of the system
- Enabling and evaluating automatic notifications provided by the remote monitoring service
- Call/e-mail in case of any irregularities which might require on site follow-up/action
Annually a report will provided with as a minimum the following details/information:
