Power Providers installed a backup system in a private property in Arusha seven years ago where the system has worked flawlessly since that time. Recently we received a call from the client to investigate a system failure. Our technicians discovered that the  voltage stabilizer installed to provide TANESCO power conditioning on the backup system had failed. We removed the stabiliser, performed the repairs and re-installed.The client was delighted with the way we performed our role and said as much when completing our service feedback form. Once we had made the decision to install SP in our newly built house near Iringa, we followed the recommendation of a friend and contacted Power Providers.

A very thorough site visit followed where our requirements were noted.  For aesthetic reasons we wanted the solar array on the roof of one building and the bulk of the solar power system in another building 40m away.  Power Providers took this unusual and tricky request in their stride and achieved it without radically increasing the instalment cost.

The system has been performing flawlessly for almost two years now. The 5.5Kw(?) system comfortably copes with all our household power requirements including fridges, freezer, washing machine, pumping water, food warmer, toaster etc etc.  Our few queries and questions have been readily answered.  We have pleasure in showing our set-up to anyone interested and have no hesitation in recommending Power Providers for any solar power requirements.

Power Providers was recommended to us by another customer in Iringa and we have not been disappointed. We are not very electrically orientated ourselves, but from the moment of first contact of collecting the requirements to the moment of commissioning of our systems the service has been very professional and pleasant. We did get one submersible solar pump installed for irrigation as well as two battery back-up systems which are all working perfectly.
